Most finished garages have drywall installed, which can be customized and treated however you want. You could paint, decorate, or apply paneling to the wall.

Another cost-effective option is installing plywood panels that can be attached directly to the frame. This is a great idea if you are also looking into implementing new organizational tools in the garage. You can attach new systems of shelving or cabinets onto the walls to suit your needs. Just be aware to finish any electrical or plumbing you may also be running to the garage for this project before putting up the new walls.
